 The Arun Tourism Area is one of Nepal's 18 tourism zones, consisting of four districts: Sankhuwasabha, Bhojpur, Terhathum, and Dhankuta. The area is surrounded by the Mechi Hill Tourism Area in the east, the Birat Tourism Area and Salahes Tourism Sector in the south, the Sagarmatha Tourism Sector in the west, and Tibet in the north. The Arun Tourism Area offers numerous possibilities for tourism development, with airports like Bhojpur Airport and Tumlingtar Airport operating regular flights from Kathmandu and Biratnagar. Dhankuta District, located in Province No. Eastern Nepal, is a popular tourist destination with hill stations like Bhedetar, Hille, and Namje Village. The district is known for its scenic beauty, religious sites, and green forests. The district also hosts several popular tourist destinations, such as Raja Rani Lake, Bhedetar Hill, Sinduwa, Pakhribas, Sayok Yak (Sanghuri Fort), Banyan Tree, Namaste Waterfalls, Sayok Yak Fort, and Namje Village. The district is also home to several agricultural firms, such as Pakhribas, which focuses on agricultural development in Nepal with the aid of the British government. The district also boasts a large banyan tree, Namaste Waterfalls, and other attractions that attract tourists.
